EXIS Watches warrants your EXIS watch for a period of 24 months from the original date of purchase. Under the terms and conditions, your warranty covers mechanical and manufacturing defects. To benefit from this guarantee, you must present the guarantee card as proof of purchase together with the receipt.

During the 24 months, the movement, hands and dial are the only components covered by this guarantee. A covered component will be repaired free of charge and in the event that we are unable to repair the problem, the watch will be replaced free of charge if proven defective.

The warranty does not cover glass, leather straps, bracelets, batteries, cases, or any damage resulting from mishandling, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by unauthorized service, or by factors other than defects in materials or workmanship.
